Founded by Mark Pellegrini, whose previous successes include companies like Billetto, TakeOffer, and Downtown, the agency builds on years of experience in innovation and strategic execution. Together with Per Kristian Mørch, who brings a wealth of expertise working with global clients such as Land Rover, we have built a team dedicated to delivering exceptional results across complex projects.

For me, it’s simple—I want to change the way NGOs think about design. After years of building businesses and working across film, TV, and media, I’ve come to realize how much design shapes the way we connect, communicate, and ultimately drive change. I’ve seen what great design can do in the business world, and I believe NGOs deserve that same level of attention and creativity.
I know that NGOs often work with limited budgets, but their missions are too important to be held back by anything, especially not design. I’ve seen so many incredible organizations struggle to tell their stories or get their message across in a way that truly resonates. That’s what drives me: to help these organizations reach their full potential through smart, strategic design that aligns with their mission and vision. At Pellegrini Media, I’m committed to giving NGOs the tools they need to communicate more effectively, engage their communities, and amplify their impact. It’s about more than just creating something that looks good—it’s about creating something that works, that speaks to people, and that moves them to act. I want to be part of that transformation, helping non-profits stand out and connect with their audiences in a way that truly drives change. My work has always been about bringing clarity to how a brand communicates its purpose, its values, and its story—so it stands out and makes a lasting impact.
I’ve had the privilege of working across various industries, honing my skills in everything from concept development to marketing strategy. What drives me is the challenge of turning business goals into engaging, cohesive brand experiences that connect with people on a human level. Whether I’m crafting a new brand identity or planning a cross-channel marketing campaign, my focus is always on making sure the brand experience feels authentic, relevant, and compelling. The beauty of branding is that it’s a team effort. I believe in the power of collaboration, in working closely with others to develop ideas and bring those ideas to life. It’s about aligning on a shared vision, finding the right tone and message, and then delivering it consistently, across all touchpoints.
